Tiempo
Secreto Rebollo
An owl, the sun and the moon suspended in a single moment of presence.
Listen to how the jungle changed Secreto Rebollo's original vision of Tiempo.
Tiempo was created by Mexican artist Secreto Rebollo, from Guadalajara, during the Holistika Art Walk refresh.
The piece began with a different idea. But when the artist arrived in Holistika, something shifted. He started listening to the jungle, to the silence of the place and to his own inner state. From that experience, the original design changed.
The mural speaks about invisible energy, spirituality and presence. In each hand, the figure holds a different force: lunar energy on one side, solar energy on the other. Between them, an owl appears, suspended between human and animal, body and spirit, day and night.
For Secreto Rebollo, the piece became deeply personal. For the Art Walk, it becomes a quiet reminder: time is not only something that passes. It is something we can feel when we stop, listen and become present.
- The owl's eyes, looking directly outward.
- The human hands holding lunar and solar energy.
- The balance between moon and sun, night and day.
- The fabric covering the figure like a veil or threshold.
- The way the owl feels both protected and revealed.
- The quiet tension between human body, animal presence and invisible energy.
- The feeling that the figure is suspended in a moment outside ordinary time.
